Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
When making a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:
-
All sessions must be pre booked.
-
All dogs must be kept their lead between the car park and the secure field.
-
When entering and leaving the field, please be vigilant of other dogs around you and give them enough space.
-
Please leave promptly at the end of your session; any user who overstays will be restricted from using the parks in the future. If you arrive early, please wait in the spare car park spaces with your dog(s) in the vehicle until the previous user has vacated the park to prevent any stress to nervous or reactive dogs arriving for a session. Also, please never enter the park whilst someone else is using it.
-
Your dog remains your own responsibility whilst using the field and should not be left unattended at any time.
-
Yours and your dogs’ behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility and no claim can be made against Superdogs Super Field.
-
You are liable for any damage caused inside and outside of the field by you, your dog(s) or any person in your party. All dogs must be covered under their own third party insurance (public liability insurance). This is usually included in your pet insurance.
-
Do not drop litter or leave toys or uneaten treats in the field. Dogs may swallow them and become ill so please take everything home with you at the end of your session.
-
No smoking anywhere on site.
-
If dogs wish to dig, encourage them to use the sand pit provided. Any holes dug outside of the pit must be refilled and reported for safety and security reasons.
-
If you wish to share your slot with friends it is your responsibility to ensure that they read and agree to these Terms of Use. Please ensure that all dogs get along before bringing them to the facility.
-
Puppies from 8 weeks old are welcome. In season bitches are welcome.
-
The maximum number of dogs in the field at any one time should not exceed 10 (please email if this is an issue).
-
Dog owners are responsible for picking up their own dog’s poo. Our poo policy is that if you see it you pick it up. Given the size of the field it is possible you may miss your own dog’s poo, but we ask that if you see any poo you pick it up and someone else will find your dog’s poo and pick it up. Help us keep the fields clean and dog poo free for everyone’s enjoyment.
-
Please leave the fields as you found them. Failure to pick up dog waste or your own rubbish will lead to the refusal of future use. If you find anything left by a previous user, please pick it up and let us know.
-
We ask that you put dog poo in the biodegradable bags provided in the field and place it in the dog bins provided.
-
The fences are regularly checked to ensure that they are dog proof but no liability can be accepted for any dog that escapes.
-
We will not accept responsibility for injury, illness or death of your dog from using our facilities. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
-
If your dog has suffered from any illness in the previous 48 hours please do not bring it to the field. Dogs suffering from diarrhoea are not permitted in the field.
-
Please ensure that you close the gate properly behind you when you enter the park and when you are finished you must lock the gate.
-
Please ensure it is only dogs who use the dog equipment. Not humans. Be aware it will be slippy when wet. We do not accept any liability for injuries caused by any equipment in the field.
-
Please monitor the weather forecast and assess whether you and your dog will be comfortable in the weather that is forecast for your session. We are an outdoor facility exposed to the elements; in winter the ground will be muddy and slippery, if it’s sunny it will be hot. We strongly advise you to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance if the weather is not suitable for you.
-
Please leave on time when your booking is up, especially if another user is waiting. If you are waiting to enter the field please allow sufficient space for the previous user to leave.
-
SuperDogs Super Field accepts no liability for any losses suffered whilst using the company’s facilities.
-
XL Bully Update: We are pleased to say that our fields can still be used by XL Bullies, as long as you are following current Govenment/Defra guidelines. XLs bookings must only be with dogs and people from their own household. No mixed households/meets allowed.
-
The field rules are there to keep everybody safe so please remember to stay in your cars until field is empty and all dogs must be on leads in external car parks.
-
Cancellations and amendments must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking.
-
If you have any additional questions please drop us a message.
-
Most of all we hope you have fun and love this field as much as we do!
